Return Policy


Online Orders accepts exchanges or returns for store credit only. We do not offer refunds. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days from the date the shipment was received. Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer. No refunds will be offered on shipping costs. Items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached or may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged: bloomers & diaper covers, bow ties and neckties, car seats and bases, drop shipments, furniture, girls jewelry and scarves, hair accessories, hats, photo props, special orders, strollers, teethers, amber necklaces and suspenders.

If you don’t absolutely love your regular-priced purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please email with the reason for your return and we will reply with return instructions.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us at within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
