We offer free delivery on full-price, in-stock purchases of $59+ to homes or workplaces in the Rapid City area. Due to the increased cost of fuel, orders under $49 are subject to a $10 flat rate delivery fee. Shop online and select "local delivery" at checkout. Local delivery is currently limited to Rapid City.(We are able to make arrangements for deliveries to Spearfish, please call for details). Other delivery exclusions may apply. We offer shipping to residential addresses throughout the 48 continental United States. Shipping rates valid on qualified shopkicksandgiggles.com purchases only. Some product restrictions apply. Shipping is currently not available to AK, HI, international addresses, business addresses or APO/FPO addresses. Free shipping is only available for full-price purchases and cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
In stock orders typically ship within 24 hours, but can take 3-5 business days, depending on the warehouse schedule.
Drop-ship and custom orders may require additional shipping and delivery time. Occasionally, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay with your order. If you have questions after checking your order status, feel free to call us!
All packages receive a Delivery Confirmation or Tracking Number.
Shipping is available for orders with a delivery address in the lower 48 states.
If you have a PO Box, please make sure that you specify a street address in your order comments.

If an item is not in-stock due to a mistake on our part, we will notify you via e-mail and telephone of its estimated arrival date and substitution options for a quicker delivery.
Order Changes or Cancellations:
Our goal is to have your order to you as soon as possible, so we will not be able to change or cancel your order after it has been shipped. If you have questions about an order status, call us at 605-343-8722.
Kicks and Giggles reserves the right to cancel an order at any time if an order appears to be fraudulent, for the purpose of reselling or if payment, shipping or billing information cannot be verified. We are not permitted by our vendors to sell to third-party or unauthorized resellers. We will contact you if we need additional information about your order and if we do not hear back within time parameters communicated, the order will auto-cancel.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Kicks and Giggles relies on the accuracy and fraud policies of USPS, UPS and FEDEX. If your item arrives and you suspect fraud (your package has been visibly cut open) you will need to begin a claim with the USPS. We rely on the accuracy of the USPS - when a package shows delivered. Please note that the cost of shipping and handling does not include the cost of insurance. If you are concerned and would like to purchase insurance, please contact us and we can provide a quote from the carrier.
Maintain any evidence of tampered envelopes or packages and bring them to your local post office to report the theft to the US Postal Inspectors since mail theft is a Federal Crime — they will typically instruct you on the next steps. Alert your neighbors and landlord if you believe your mail has been tampered with. Visit your local police station and explain your situation to them.
To begin to resolve the issue you will make a claim with the USPS - as well, you may desire to report the crime to the local police. As well, you may want to show the package to the carrier and request that they make a note of the problem.

Are you on a tight schedule?
If your package requires arrival by a certain day, please place your order by phone so we can confirm inventory, a shipping date, and an arrival date.
When A Package Is "Returned to Sender":
Unless the mistake is ours, items that are returned to us due to insufficient address will be charged the actual shipping amount required to reship the package.
Kicks and Giggles Holidays:
Our store is closed the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Calls and emails will be returned on our next business day. Orders will process on our next business day. Occasionally, we may close the store due to other circumstances like weather.
- New, unused full-price items with original packaging and tags may be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of purchase with a copy of receipt.
- Returns without a receipt are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Discounted or clearance items are FINAL SALE.
- Purchaser is responsible for covering shipping cost of returned items.
- If you purchased a product with a suspected defect, please contact us and we will work with the vendor to provide assistance.
- If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, we promise to correct it as quickly as possible at our expense!
- We process all returns within 3 business days after receipt. You will receive an e-mail when your return has been processed. Refunds to your credit card can take 3-5 business days to be reflected on your account, depending on your bank. Please contact us if you need any assistance.
