Sleep Bag Care 101

You are probably here because you just made an exciting purchase - the first sleep bag for your sweet baby! According to some of our customers (and staff), the sleep bag will become one of your favorite baby items to use, gift, and pass down between family and friends.
Here's how to care for it so it lasts (straight from the pros at Kyte Baby):
This is the best way to wash your bamboo clothing:
· Cold water
· Gentle cycle
· Turn off agitator if that is an option (use a mesh bag to prevent items becoming entangled if you can not turn off your agitator)
· With like fabrics (bamboo only)
· Sleep bags should NOT be washed inside out, but should be zipped up completely to protect the inner quilting
Kyte BABY does not recommend using the dryer. We recommend hanging or laying flat to dry. Open your sleep bags when drying them and point a fan towards them to help drying time indoors.
One last tip (and this could be the most important!) - have multiple sleep bags! It's always a good idea to have 2 or 3 so you can rotate and wash accordingly.
