Get To Know Our Intern + Her Favorite Things In Store

Hi, I am Kyla Parish and I am the new intern here at Kicks and Giggles! I am a college student at BHSU entering my final year of classes. I love spending time in the hills and being around my friends and family. My goldendoodle Sadie is the best company and loves the hills as much as I do. I am from Nebraska but have lived in South Dakota for a few years now.  I started at Kicks and Giggles this week so you will be seeing me around the store and on social media! I am excited to see you all throughout my time here!

In honor of my first week here, I wanted to highlight some of my favorite things throughout the store! 

Cute swimmies - These swimsuits are the best colors with the cutest details. The ruffle sleeves as well as the patterns make these so trendy and perfect for summer vacations. I wish they came in my size! 

Camping gear- This new camping gear is perfect for upcoming summer adventures. The flashlight, binoculars, magnifying glass, and compass are so nostalgic remembering the best days at the lake when I was kid! 

Family journal - This sweet little three-year-memory journal is a hidden gem in the store. Something you might not see unless you are looking for it but so sweet. I love sentimental things like this and would love to use this journal someday! 

Jelly Baskets - These jelly baskets are the ultimate summer accessory for any age because of how sturdy and convenient they are. Not to mention the cutest colors?!?! I will definitely be getting one to take to the lake and on picnics! 

Colorful dress - Another adorable piece of clothing! This dress is so bright and happy which is why it was one of my picks. I also wore something similar to this style when I was a little girl which made me love it more. Perfect for summertime and comfort!

Fawn Design Bags - Last but not least, the cutest bags. These bags are so versatile and chic while ranging from a diaper bag to a work bag! I want one to use as my school bag because I love the minimalist look while having a ton of pockets inside for organization.
